We cannot say enough positive things about Alma and her beautiful home and property. Everything was as described. Alma went above and beyond the normal in order to secure us a last minute reservation. The home was extremely clean and accommodating. Communication with Alma was extremely fast. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay close to everything in Hammondsport, this is the place for you. Thank you Alma for everything you did to help us out of a jam. We really appreciate it.

Rented the house for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. Fabulous welcome basket when we arrived with local wine & delicious snacks. Family & friends joined us and everyone was so impressed with the beautiful property, very comfortable rooms & well-appointed kitchen. It’s very private, lots of open space for play, a huge & very comfortable firepit, a pond with frogs that jump and comfortable chairs to enjoy the view of the millions of brilliant stars at night. Very private but still close to many great wineries, 10-15 minutes from supermarkets & drugstores, and anything else you’d need. We did notice a bit of a sulfur smell from the showers – but the water was fine, we used it for cooking with no issue and felt great after showering.
The area is wonderful as well. Hammondsport is a cute small town with good restaurants. Wineries in the area are fabulous (try Keuka Springs & Living Roots). We particularly loved the state parks, especially Letchworth & Stony Brook!

House was perfect for our family get away! Beds and pillows very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for 7 of us.
All of the coffee gadgets were a welcome addition to the weekend…..French press, nespresso machine and assortment of teas. We would definitely recommend this AirBnb and would be happy to return.
