It Started With Our Own Search
We didn’t move to the Finger Lakes with a real estate plan. We were looking for something simpler. More space, more nature, and a different pace of life.
What we found was a property that would eventually change much more than where we lived.
Over time, The Young Estate became our home, our first short-term rental, and the beginning of ideas we couldn’t have imagined when we first walked through the door. We began to realize that we hadn’t just bought a house. There was land, possibility, and room to create something more.
Real estate became part of our story long before it became part of my work.
And somewhere along the way, I started looking at properties differently. Not only for what they are, but for what they might make possible.

Before I became a real estate agent, I became a homeowner, host, renovator, and someone who learned firsthand how much possibility can exist within a property.
Those experiences changed the way I look at real estate. I notice the things that aren’t always obvious at first glance. How a home might support the life someone wants to build. How land might create possibilities years from now. How the right property can become more than what it is today.
